The BTB Initiative works with local law enforcement agencies to present a 1-Day Event to celebrate, honor, and support the law enforcement officer and their family.
Led by subject matter experts, workshops are geared toward addressing the unique challenges faced by the law enforcement officer community.
Individual and group coaching is available to the leadership, the officer, and their significant other.
All coaches are certified and experienced.
